Meredith Campbell is a compassionate and dedicated registered nurse with a clinical foundation in urgent care, inpatient rehabilitation and medical-surgical nursing. Her commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care has been the cornerstone of her practice throughout her career.

Meredith began her nursing journey as a licensed practical nurse and went on to earn her Associate of Science in Nursing from Southern Regional Technical College in Thomasville, Georgia. Her formal training, combined with hands-on experience, created a strong foundation for her clinical expertise and compassionate approach to care.

She started her career at Archbold Medical Center in Thomasville, where she provided comprehensive care to pre- and postoperative patients on a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. She later worked at the Inpatient Rehabilitation Center at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, collaborating closely with physical, occupational and speech therapists to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life. Most recently, she worked at Tallahassee Memorial’s Urgent Care, where she has managed patient triage, medication administration and discharge education.

Now expanding her practice into the field of functional medicine, Meredith is excited to take a more whole-body approach to health care. She is particularly passionate about addressing the root causes of illness and supporting the body as an integrated system to promote long-term wellness and sustainable healing.
