Laura Redfern is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who brings over 25 years of nursing experience to her role in primary care. She has a strong background in acute care, having worked with both adult and pediatric patients throughout her nursing career. As a nurse practitioner, Laura focuses on providing compassionate, evidence-based care for adults with a special interest in women's health and health promotion.
In addition to her clinical work, Laura is a dedicated educator. She is currently serving as a teaching faculty member at the FSU College of Nursing, where she helps train the next generation of nurses in the Simulation Laboratory. Her dual role in clinical care and education reflects her commitment to improving patient outcomes and advancing the nursing profession.
Laura is passionate about building strong relationships with her patients and supporting them in making informed decisions about their health.
