Elizabeth Markovich is a family nurse practitioner certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her master’s and Doctor of Nursing Practice degrees are both from Florida State University. She is also a certified functional medicine practitioner through the Institute for Functional Medicine. She has extensive experience in general family practice medicine and rheumatology, as well as functional medicine. She was the owner and founder of Integrative Healthcare for 24 years, which was acquired and developed into the FSU Health Lifestyle Medicine Clinic.
Dr. Markovich has a special interest in the treatment of hormone imbalance, thyroid problems, reducing heart disease and diabetes risk, digestive problems, chronic fatigue and pain. She partners with patients to find and modify the underlying causes of health problems and achieve their goals.
